Spinify solves the need for constant check ins from leadership. Prior to Spinify, we had to constantly take screenshots of our CRM reports, one by one, and send them out to our team. Have our KPIs known throughout the day is crucial and Spinify creates that visibility. Additionally, it serves as extra motivation to the reps here! Everyone wants to be at the top and NO ONE wants to be at the bottom, regardless of the leaderboard/KPI.
