What is your primary role when using this product?

My role is to engage the agents and to motivate them. They are already competitive, so the agents seeing their sales numbers in real time instead of once a month is huge.

What business problems are you solving with Spinify?

We do a lot of contests with our agents and its solved quite a bit with that. With Spinify it’s easier for participants to look at their status in a contest and it’s easier to keep track of the numbers with Spinify.

The Results

The benefits is the recognition for sure. We also have a TV in one of our Downtown offices in the window, so we have info regarding our business being displayed to the people outside walking by our office. Another benefit is the message feature.. we’ve added our company events, recognized our staff, etc.. it has a lot of great benefits.
