What do you and your team like best?

The fact it gives all our agents and teams their sales data in real time in plain view for them to see at any given point. Instead of them having to refresh a dashboard all the time or asking a manager!

My primary role is making sure all the data is correct for display to management and agents and coming up with new ways to make this tool fun for our users. Spinify has been more than helpful in every way and I wish more companies would have a great customer service experience like theirs.

What business problems are you solving with Spinify?

Giving more motivation and moral between agents. We already have good moral in the office but Spinify for us is just pushing it that much more!
