What do you and your team like best?

The team is hyper competitive and we don’t all work in the same location, so spinify acts as a great way to create a virtual bullpen for us. Our reps in the US can actively compete with our Canadian team for activities and orders in a way that’s more fun and interesting than typical salesforce dashboards.

What is your primary role when using this product?

I am the CRO and made the decision to bring it in, and I also maintain it for the team and create the channels and leaderboards.

What business problems are you solving with Spinify?

We are trying to create a better team dynamic and get our sales reps engaged in their daily activity. For that purpose its worked really well. By having the TV’s in the bullpen the reps are constantly engaged in their acitivity and staying on top of what needs to get done.

The results:

We definitely saw a surge in overall activity and as a result sales. It had an immediate and lasting impact.


Its a breeze for me to setup new boards and channels and the team at spinify is constantly improving the app to give us more ways to motivate the team.
