Art or Science?

Most people will say that sales is both art and science, but what’s the right combination? Can the art be taught, or do you either have it or not? Certainly, the more one has the ability to influence others, the more successful they should be. However, if they struggle with presenting the right information at the right time, the buyer won’t be equipped to make the decision in their favor. So are we headed to a time when technology and AI can interpret each situation, ask the best questions and present the best answers at the right time, minimizing the art?
