What are the Comp Components – Players

The varieties of participation are almost endless with Spinify. Sales Managers or Spinify Administrators can chose who in invited to plays the Game. Careful thought should be given to who is matched up against whom for the competition. Nobody wants to work in an environment where the same person or people win the prizes time after time. Spinify allows you to run multiple competitions at the same time where you can match up the Stars in the Team, the good performers and those who need help against those of an equivalent sales experience, expertise or activity level. That way there can be multiple winners which is always confidence boosting and confirms people are on the right track with their activities.

Endless Gamification Options

In the gamification environment Player Opt In (playing the Game is a Choice) is usually a given. As Spinify is a gamified business application we also provide the option for a Sales Manager to make the game a compulsory opt-In.
