What do you and your team like best?Our staff at Touchtown REALLY love having their specific song play when they get a sale. The immediate recognition for closing a deal in Salesforce is extremely gratifying for the team and having screens positioned around the office help to cultivate a culture of transparency and positive recognition.
What is your primary role when using this product?My primary role is ensuring that the systems talk to each other effectively and provide information at all levels of the organization. I’m not only our main Spinify administrator but I’m also in charge of all our business systems and operations.
What business problems are you solving with Spinify?We truly believe that increased activity from the sales team will lead to new business. By gamifying that activity, we hope to make the task of prospecting more FUN. Not only is there more visibility into key metrics, but the competition provided through Spinify is motivating the team to do more.
The results:The primary benefits we’ve realized are increased visibility and transparency into key metrics and goals with the entire team and a sense of competition to drive more sales activity. Both were goals of ours in 2018 and we’ve quickly gained traction on both.
