What is your primary role when using this product?

As an Admin setting up all the different Leaderboards and Achievements using the different metrics to make everything meaningful and exciting for our staff.

What business problems are you solving with Spinify?

Using a CRM for many years, we are not shy with having our own Dashboards and metrics that we use to make sure we are on top of all our students for any Student Support Cases and Course Activation’s, and following up Progression.

Having Spinify adds the extra element of gamification and the celebration of live system events at the point of occurrence (like when a Certificate has just been issued for another student who has completed an Upskilled Qualification!). This is great for motivation and team congratulatory-ness. This also drives healthy competition within the teams.

The results:

Having a gamification solution is great for motivation and driving our teams towards a particular goal or target, for example following on students progression through a course and getting the students motivated to complete assessments.
Checked out other gamification solutions in the past and they were not as exciting or engaging.
